We guarantee to process all orders within 0-2 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed. Once your order is confirmed, our team promptly prepares it for shipment to ensure efficiency and accuracy from checkout to dispatch.
Shipping Timeline
After order processing, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days to most addresses across the continental United States.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather or carrier delays).
Shipping Coverage

U.S. Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to the continental U.S. only.
(Unfortunately, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not supported at this time.)

Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all import duties, customs fees, and taxes are covered by our company. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

You can track your shipment’s progress in real time from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.
Late Delivery Resolution

We will promptly investigate and work to resolve the issue — including options such as expedited reshipping or a discount on future purchases if applicable.
