Order Processing
We process all orders within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team prepares it for shipment to ensure accuracy and timely dispatch.
Shipping Timeline
After processing, delivery to most continental U.S. addresses typically takes:
• Standard Delivery: 30 business days
(For oversized furniture, freight shipments may require additional time depending on carrier schedules.)
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, peak season volume, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the continental United States only.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
All orders include free standard shipping.
(We currently do not offer expedited delivery services.)
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
You can monitor your shipment’s progress from our fulfillment center to your home.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

Missing or Damaged Packages
