Purchase option cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase.
This policy explains how you may cancel or modify these types of orders.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency you selected.

Payment & Billing

  • Your payment details will be stored securely.

  • You will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to prepay.

  • Some subscription plans may auto-renew at the end of their term.

Canceling or Changing Your Subscription

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

Your order confirmation emails include a link to your subscription portal, where you can manage:

  • Delivery frequency

  • Payment methods

  • Subscription cancellation

2. Pre-Orders

A pre-order purchase allows you to reserve an item that is:

  • Out of stock, or

  • Not yet released

We may:

  • Collect no payment upfront,

  • Or collect a partial deposit,
    and securely store your payment method.
    The remaining balance will be charged once the item is ready to ship.

Canceling a Pre-Order

  • You may cancel any pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

3. Try-Before-You-Buy

For try-before-you-buy items:

Payment Authorization

  • We will authorize (hold) your payment method before shipping the item.

  • This authorization does not collect payment immediately.

Trial Period

You will have a specified number of days to decide if you want to keep the product.

If You Keep the Item

If the trial period ends and the item has not been returned, we will charge your payment method for the full purchase amount.

If You Return the Item

Returns must follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email.
Items returned within the trial window will not be charged.
