We want every product you receive to meet your expectations, and if things don’t go as planned, we’ll work with you to resolve it clearly and responsibly.
Here’s our full policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
We understand that furniture requires time to place, feel, and evaluate, so we give you ample time to decide.
2. Eligible Returns
To ensure returned items can be resold safely, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and unassembled

Free from stains, scratches, odors, or damage

Original packaging intact (including internal padding, manuals, hardware, etc.)

In a resalable condition

The item should be returned in the same condition as you received it.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or final-sale items

Used or assembled items

Missing original packaging or essential parts

Items with obvious signs of use or damage

Custom or personalized products
4. How to Request a Return (Authorization Required)
The return process is simple:

If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions

If you send back a product without prior authorization or an RA number:

We will not issue a refund, exchange, or any compensation

Packages may be rejected, lost, or untraceable

All shipping costs will be borne by you

If you choose your own shipping method, please use a trackable service to avoid loss.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds:

Banks or credit card providers may require 3–7 additional business days to post the refund

7. Exchanges: If You Just Want a Better Fit

You can request an exchange within 30 days, as long as the item remains in resalable condition.

All exchanges must be authorized with an RA number before returning items.
If you return an item without prior notice or RA authorization:

Any costs associated with unauthorized returns will not be refunded

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will provide one of the following solutions:

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for free within 12 hours of purchase
